Therapy for Individuals, Couples, Teens, and Families in Orange County

Life can feel overwhelming at times. This is especially true when relationships are strained, parenting feels complicated, or past experiences continue to weigh on you.

I work with adults, adolescents, children, couples, and families navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and co-parenting after separation. I also have experience working with high-conflict and court-involved families.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including EMDR. Together we can work toward greater clarity, healthier relationships, and meaningful change.

I offer both in-person and virtual sessions.

About
01.

As a former elementary school teacher, I have a natural connection with children and adolescents. I use play, creativity, and conversation to help young clients express themselves and work through anxiety, stress, and life transitions. I also support families navigating parenting challenges and co-parenting after separation.

02.

Life brings many transitions. Whether you're launching into adulthood, building relationships, raising children, or navigating an empty nest. I work with individuals to better understand what's holding them back and help them move toward greater clarity, balance, and purpose.

03.

EMDR is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain process and heal from distressing experiences. Using EMDR, I help clients work through trauma, anxiety, and difficult memories so they can move forward with greater freedom and resilience.

Co-Parenting and Family Transitions

Separation and divorce can be one of the most challenging transitions families face. I work with parents who want to reduce conflict, improve communication, and create more stable environments for their children. My focus is helping families move toward child-focused co-parenting and healthier long-term relationships.

I also have experience supporting court-involved families and high-conflict parenting situations.
